A few months back we traveled to Nosara to meet Lori & Mike (if you haven’t been to Nosara you better check this place in the northeast part of Costa Rica you will love it). We went to their restaurant Beach Dog Café, a lovely spot where Mike is the chef and prepares awesome recipes with a mix of local fruits, veggies, and meats.
After a short talk, we headed to Playa Guiones, a nearby beach close to Nosara, to do some photographs of them, it was a great afternoon full of fun and great moments. At the beginning, we were a little afraid of the rain because there were some pretty dark clouds heading to us, and it was right when the rainy season in Costa Rica starts, but we were lucky enough to do what we expected, we captured their essence and witnessed how lucky they are to have each other. On our way back to the car the rain caught us and crashed over us, so we went to the restaurant where we ordered some dinner.
Thanks to Lori & Mike for being such a great people and for having such a great food, you can bet that we’ll be back to the Beach Dog Cafe every time we go to Nosara and can’t wait for the next time we can photograph them.
